I think I'd have to read this one again to give it a really in depth review, something I will probably do before to long. It wasn't perfect, it carried with it something of a 'first book' quality... but..... it was just so enjoyable. I found the characters likeable and engaging, Katsa especially. And I found the plot enthralling. I'm eager to read Fire, and Bitterblue when it's released. I suspect that her work can only get better. Yipee!Also, let me just say that Krisin Cashore is an excellent blogger and if you're not following her already you definitely should be.
