The name of this book kind of gives away a bit too much information. I would have liked to have read through the girls interactions and been following with Mandy as she tried to figure out what was going on with Tracey... it annoyed me no end and I felt like someone had spoiled it for me.
But... in saying that... I still got a lot out of it and there was plenty revealed throughout the book that I didn't know. At the end I had tears streaming down my face and though it isn't my favourite Marsden it still makes you think, which is what I love about his writing. It always challenges me and pushes me past my limits of consideration.
And it's so short that it's like, why not read it?
