This book really didn't do it for me. At the start I was excited because I loved the style of his writing and thought the plot held a lot of potential, but by the end I found myself not identifying with, appreciating or liking any of the character. It was all just a bit too dark and I couldn't connect with it. Perhaps a bit too long winded in parts as well.It's definitely a book someone could appreciate... but not me.
